Unplug the front O2 sensor, see if the problem goes away.

Also, our trucks really don't like aftermarket sensors in critical locations. Cam and crank sensor are right there at the top of the list. So if unplugging the front O2 sensor doesn't help, replace the crank sensor with a genuine mopar sensor.

Thanks for getting back to me, I tried unplugging the O2 sensor, it did the same thing. One thing I noticed on the scanner is the timing number are high for the RPMs but it doesn't create an issue until the truck reaches full operating temp, just over 180 coolant temp on the scanner then it acts like the distributor jumped a tooth, spark knocking and barely stays running, and will continue to run like that unless I let the engine cool down completely stone cold, then its back to running like new, until it s warmed completely up, then back to timing advanced to much.

Ended up being the timing chain.

Wonder if the PCM is failing when hot..... Could try warming it up with a blow dryer, and see if you can MAKE it quit.......
