I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4 automatic trans and 5.2 L engine. A code is showing up torque converter/ overdrive solenoid. Trying to determine the type of transmission is in my truck. Looked in glove box and seen where trans is a 4 spd automatic. Torques converter is lock according to tabs in glove box. Could it be the 46 re and could it possibly be the overdrive solenoid of could it be affected by the throttle position sensor. Thanks for any insight.

Yep, 46RE. Check the 8 pin connector down at the trans first. Make sure it is plugged in good.
