Stomp the gas pedal to the floor, hold it there. Crank the engine. Might take a bit, but, it *should* start, if its just an excess fuel problem.

Yeah o2 being unplugged didn't change anything as soon as it started it blew smoke out the throttle body and cut off. And now just cranks. Side note this truck appears to have some sort of true dual exhaust on it and therefore I could only find one o2 sensor.

94's only had one.

I think you are going to need a scanner to see what is going on. Are you getting ANY codes at all?? (CEL on?)

Coolant temp has the biggest effect on mixture ratio. Air flow is calculated on our trucks... MAP sensor would have to be giving some truly stupid readings in order for the PCM to flood out the engine...... (and I am not even sure it is capable of getting that weird, before the PCM would realize it, and start ignoring it.)

I dunno it's really starting to make me smash my head into the wall. The flooring trick didn't do anything not even a cough. Now it just cranks but I can smell gas coming from just about everywhere.

Yank the fuel pump relay, pull the plugs, and clean them.

What brand plugs? I have found that Champions, once fouled, are pretty much done. They simply won't dry out again.....

Since there was raw fuel across all eight cylinders I'm starting to wonder if maybe the computer has gone bad. Going to replace the plugs with new ones as these definetely look rough, or I wonder if its because of this holley throttle body and the computer was suppose to be tuned for the extra air?
