Your misfire codes looking more real after seeing how you've eliminated other potential contributors. High probability of cracked heads.
Leak down test can confirm that.
Compression test help you gauge if blow by the rings.
Both tests, $40-60 tools each, are needed to really determine the level of work.

Look!
So I took the distributor cap off, found a melted contact, and just take a look at the lead wires going to the pickup coil! Sumbitch... I'm in the process of replacing it all right now, but could THIS be my issue? Please tell me I might have found it....

Update
So after replacing the distributor cap, rotor, pickup coil, and re-rerouting the plug wires, it stopped bouncing A LOT. You can still hear it miss I think, but it has a much much smoother rolling idle. I drove out around for about ten minutes and got it up to 60 and then coasted a bit, and I haven't gotten any codes yet, but I'm still cautiously optimistic. Does this shed any light on other possibilities or things I should double check?

Late Update
So I've pulled all the plugs and replaced them with OEM. The rough idle is back, and I'm pretty much back at square numero uno. The fact that the truck ran better for a short period of time after I replaced the camshaft position sensor and distributor cap/rotor lead to any thoughts?
