Running lights only work with wiper fuse pulled

What exactly should I do? I inspected all the wiring and it looks good and the switch nor the wires look melted

I have not yet I will next chance I get, the fuse still blew even with the wiper fuse missing though

So the problem is likely in the light wiring somewhere...... Finding it is gonna be fun.....
