Default Is my truck pre drilled for cab lights?

I have a 98 ram 1500 laramie. I want to put clearance lights on the roof. A buddy of mine said dodges came from the factory already marled for where to drill to mount cab lights. Is this true? It seems to me it would have came with the lights installed from the factory. When i installed cab lights on my old ford i had to measure and drill myself because theres no markings so it would be nice to be pre measured. Anyone have any knowledge on the subject?

I believe the second sheet metal under the roof has stampings for the lights. You will have to drill the roof to install them. Take out your headliner you will see them.
