Default 1995 Ram 1500 speaker installation

I have a 95 Ram with the infinity setup in it. The old six by nines had an amp on the back of them and worked fine with the new stereo I have in the truck. I went to replace the speakers because one didn't work and now when I get back in the truck after turning it off the speakers won't come on. I have fiddled with them and got them to work then turned the truck off and had the same problem when I turned it on. I watched a video on YouTube and found out that you can bypass the amp to get the speakers to work and the guy used specific wires to get them to work. The only problem is his truck was a 2000 and had more wires. I have four wires to go to the amp on the speaker and don't know which colors to use to bypass needing the amp. Does anyone know how to get past this?

Grab the 95 service manual from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W.
