Hey guys.. got lucky and found what was causing the wipers to come on with the left turn signal and headlights.

I unplugged the washer pump, tried the turn signal... no wipers... tried the headlights, no wipers. Ran the wipers by themselves, works great.

Now I will re-ground the washer pump and keep moving forward getting the truck ready for inspection.
