I have a 1999 Ram 2500 4x4 5.9L gas, i was wondering if anyone knows if i can replace the front coil springs on my truck with new ones off a 2013 Ram 2500 4x4 diesel? They look the exact same but dont know

Thanks

Why do you want to change your springs? I wouldn't hold my breath on them being a direct swap.....

The previous owner had a plow on the truck for 13yrs, the springs are sagging and i can get almost brand new springs off the 2013 for free.

Free? Now that doesn't sound like a bad price. Take 'em home, pull one of yours, and see what they look like, it isn't too much of an effort to get the old ones out.

Not sure if anyone has ever tried it... I don't recall ever seeing it mentioned.
