Nothing you can safely do with the balljoint. That's where it's gonna be. I think you found your knocking noise.....

Did the instructions mention any of this??

You will have to cut that part off the frame. Been there done that when I had a lifted 2wd. 2" spacers are about as much as you can go in the front without hitting that bump stop. I had 2 inch spacers, and 3 inch lift spindles and had to cut the bump stop area off.

Ok so to clarify
cut the bump stops off to fix the balljoint problem also will there be any issues with doing so

and replacing the shocks with a longer shock will fix the bouncing problem? Can i use 4wd shocks?

I would start by cutting off the bumpstop area until upper bj doesnt contact it. You also need shorter sway barend links. They're hitting spindles in your picture as well. 4wd shocks are about a foot too tall. The boumce is the truck not having any down travel from the upper ball joint contacting the bump stop area acting as a limiting strap.

The sway bar link is doing fine the pic just doesnt look the part it is clear of everything in reality but removing the bump stop will help with the balljoint problem but how would i fix the upper control arm from hitting also i emailed the company i ordered from just probobly wont get a reply till tuesday as it is the holiday would it no be possible to get a balljoint that is longer so that the upper control arm isnt sitting so low as that would eliminate both problems

Not possible. I remember a company on ebay making tubular upper control arms for things like this. I honestly think that that spacer has everything maxxed out beyond its normal working range. Does the control arm rest on the frame there with the wheel on and under suspension load?

So i just cut the bump stops off and it does help with the balljoint issue but with the wheel on and the truck on the ground and tge upper control arm is still hitting on the shock mount also i cant put the shock on due to it hitting the upper control arm
