I have a 1997 dodge ram 2500 2wd i just installed 2.5inch blockes and 3" spring spacers the passenger side went on fine but the driver side the lower control arm doesnt seem to be seating properly as the stud on the upper ball joint it hitting the bump stop bracket what could be my issue
So just took it for a drive and when i hit a bump there is a knocking noise and it bounces like a mf could it be bouncing because my shocks are basically extended all the way
Did you remember to bolt them back in? (I've done that before.......) You may be bouncing against the bump stops...... or maybe one of your spring isolators got moved out of position, or just fell off.... Can you bounce it in the driveway, and make it knock?
Well everything is bolted together but my shocks in front and rear are def extended all the way out
the bolt for my upper control are is knocking against the top of my bump stop causeing the knocking noise can i eather cut the off or is there a way to move the balljoint up
The castle nut is the upper balljoint
