will I have to pull the drive shafts in the rear out some to get to it, I'll have the pumpkin open for new oil anyway.. I've also tried 3 sensors, believe the diff ring bolts, might have got messed up when the original sesnor exploded.

You will have to basically completely tear down the rear axle to change the tone ring. Think I would start with a close inspection.....

It's an old truck. I would check for things like the wiring torn up first.

'm going to throw this out as it is way out in left field.I tried for two years to get my emergency brake light turned of.Oiled, adjusted whatever.Turned out the brake fluid reservoir was low on brake fluid

We shall see. I just changed front pads today and they were shot. Opened up the brake reservoir and it was real low. All topped up now. Will let u know..

Well low fluid in resevoir top off didn't help. Have done complete brake job front/back, etc. still on. I'll recheck electrical, but believe this may be the tone ring issue.

On another note, until I get to pull the rear end, is there a way to trick the computer or bypass ABS to keep the light out?

I pulled the 20amp fuse, light is still on. Fuse located that I pulled in dash. Is there another?
