Default is a 727 transmission same as 46re i need pump

hi
i have another posting for about my tranny and pump

but i need a new pump well that ouside housing
my friend has a old 3 speed 777 tranny out of his 74 dodge and wanted to know if his pump fit in a 46RE for my 2000 dodge ram 1500 truck

any ideas guys?

They are slightly different. Not sure if it would transfer directly. Whenever I need to replace a pump in a transmission I'm rebuilding I order one through this company: http://www.ebay.com/itm/A518-PUMP-RE...lYB7rF&vxp=mtr

They're located out of Chicago and I haven't had any issues with them. They don't include the pump gasket and O-ring seal though.

ah ok and my mistake its not a 777 its a 727

and that price even to send to my house still cheaper in the end to canada as roughly 216 it cost canadian and mister transmission can get me it used 250 but then still needs a seal and bushing

can this guy get the gasket?

Yes they can. Call the number listed and ask for Justin. He's a super helpful guy and should be able to get you everything you need.

i cant call USA from canada.. but i found there website and emailed them... but i can mention the justin guy when they email back...

just sucks cant get over night delivery lol

i ordered a new pump and torque converter from them.. i just wish our dollar in canada was better wouldnt cost so much for me in the end..

ah thats cool.. ya just wish our dollar was better costs me 100 bucks more in conversions damn canadian dollar...

ya then i can get this damn tranny back in truck has only 132k/km on tranny yet the winters we have here the rust on it from the salt they use frig rots right out

That does suck plus I'm sure shipping was quite a bit more. Here in Wisconsin the salt really puts a beating to vehicles too.

i think it was 90 for shipping cnat remember dont have the online receipt on me

ya they lay the salt here vehicles dont last too bad i cant get a damn stainless frame or my red car a lumina Z34 she rotteded under neath the frame away... friging salt or id be driving that still

bet furthre south those guys no need for salt so there cars never rust
