Default AC relay keeps blowin ?

OK gents

98 Ram 5.9 mag 4 whl.

New blower motor n resistor.
Tab # 87...I think.

Also...where the hell is the OBD fuse?
No power to the port.

The OBD2 is supplied power from a fuse in the interior fuse block IIRC give me some time and I'll look it up in the 98 FSM

Fuse 9 is "engine", but, if your truck runs, that fuse is good. There is no "OBD" Fuse.

Hmmm ?
Happened 2 years ago ...on the last smog check.
"No power to OBD port",,,said they replaced the/a
Fuse...good to go !
Same prob. Now...?

Connector port gets it power from fuse 12.

Thats t;e 10 amp "loa" on my truck.

I looked at the wiring diagram for the OBD port. I have no clue what LOA means...... (look over anywhere?)
