Default temp/compass overhead console

My 1995 Ram overhead console has just gone out. Looks like 5 pin transistor located under heat sink in toasted. Anyone have replacement info? Also don't see wiring schematic in Haynes manual.

There likely isn't one. Can you get numbers off the part, and just search for the part number? It's likely a standard component.

Removed heat sink and 5 pin transistor has no part number. That will slow down the search a bit.
Now to search the transistor world and see what comes up.
Any recommendations out there will be considered as well.
I have found a couple of complete counsels on e-bay so will see if any of them can be confirmed to have 'working circuit boards'.

I still have the one from my 1997 Ram if it may be of value to you. PM me if interested.
