Default Overheating

I have a Dodge Ram 1500 1996 it has a overheating problem it used to hit 260 but now stops about roughly 245 max. I change the thermostat and housing water pump cool temp switch flushed radiator! No signs of blown head gasket besides the overheating is there anything else I can do??

Replace the radiator.

Could it still be the problem even if I flushed this one?

Flushing it doesn't imply that it actually did any good. The water/chemicals just flows thru the areas that actually still flow. If you have clogged tubes, the flush stuff on the market today isn't going to clear it out.
