No reverse lights

Default No reverse lights
Have a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd with no reverse lights.. I have changed the bulbs, fuses, and neutral safety switch with no luck. Any ideas on what next?

Follow the power. Start with the neutral safety switch, with the trans in reverse ignition on, do you have power going thru it? (key on, engine off)
