Default 97 Ram 1500 5.9 4WD shuddering?

So quick background on the truck:

i bought it about a month ago knowing it needed some work, and have since replaced tie rods (right inner left outer), 4 brand new tires, had an alignment done, and some other repairs and replacements. About a week after I had it, the tread blew on one of the old tires, and pretty much blew out my inner fender on the front driver's side.

Current issue: I'm bringing it into the shop tomorrow, but I'm hoping to get some sort of idea of what I'm looking at here. The truck shakes a bit (not steering wheel, like the cab) going between 45 and 50, (roughly, my speedometer is a couple mph off), and that hasn't really worries me too much, however a few days ago, as soon as I hit 50, the truck started to shudder, and I could feel it in the gas pedal, but second I let off the gas, it stopped, I pulled over thinking it might've been one of the tires again, saw nothing wrong under the truck or with the tires, and I continued driving without it happening again. However this morning, it started to shake a little bit going about 65, not enough to worry me, but enough to notice, and probably about 30 minutes later, as soon as I hit 50mph, the truck would shudder, and stopped if I dipped back under (aside from the 45-50 shaking), and has been pulling to the right even after the alignment 3 weeks ago.

Any ideas? Sorry about the novel.

Trans shifts into O/D at right around 45mph, and then TCC engages, giving the engine a direct mechanical link to the rest of the drivetrain, so, any engine issues become immediately apparent.... likely what you are feeling is an engine miss. Might want to read the plenum thread stickied at the top of this forum. Lots of info there.

Only symptom my truck is showing of the plenum issue is trouble getting up hills, would that still cause the shuddering though? And bear with me here, up until buying the truck I've had a tiny little Sentra, so still trying to figure this out

Lack of maintenance can cause the same symptoms..... as can a failing crank sensor. Plenum is the most common cause..... Might wanna start by having a good look at the plugs, wires, cap/rotor..... (distributor is a right pain in the **** to get to.... so, if you are going to go digging back there, might be wiser to just replace the cap and rotor. ) Have a look at the plenum as well.
