Everyone does realize that since I got on here, my truck has been running great, and I haven’t touched it yet.

Yeah that’s too darn far, but I will owe you a beer. I have the throttle body off and clean now. I broke a map sensor bolt in the process. I’ll get that fixed tomorrow and put it back together. Then we’ll see how she runs. Taking that off was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Ok. I got the throttle body back on and drive it. It was running good. Went on a road trip and it is still picking and choosing when it wants to act up. Very irractic idle or stalling at stop lights and stop signs.

Need to do some data logging, and see just what is going on when it starts acting weird. Are you getting any codes?

How do I do the data logging without a scan tool? I did get 1 code for P1391 once. I’m going say that it was my fault, it actually fixed itself. I had to stop kinda fast, it tried to stall, and I slammed the accelerator trying to save it. After driving it a while the code went inactive. Other than that, no codes.

I would be tempted to replace the cam sensor anyway. It isn't that expensive, and losing fuel sync will most certainly make it run funny.

Sorry I have just seen this. That’s cool I can do it. I was at the bank when it started doing it again. I put in it neutral so it wouldn’t lunge when ever it would idle up. And it threw a code. I had it checked and it was for the cam sensor again. I will call the dealer in the morning and see if they have it.
