My truck is throwing a code for air\fuel solenoid. Does and body I have a idea what that is or what could be causing that code.

Failed PCM, Bad IAC valve, bad wiring to the IAC, bad connection at the PCM..... May even be as simply as a dirty throttle body.

Do you know how much voltage is supposed to be at the connector for the IAC

12 volts on at least two of the pins.

Does any one know if I by a PCM if I can get from a junk yard or if I have to get if from somewhere where they marry it to you VIN

You can get one anywhere you want, however, it does need to be flashed to the correct VIN. Dealer, or any shop with a good scan tool can do it.
