98 Ram 1500 trk. When going up a hill and putting a load on . My air flow stops completely threw all vents . Until I top a hill. Also a load on flat ground.
What's the problem, and the fix?

Likely the vents are just switching to the defrost vents..... the fix is in the FAQ section.... Search for "wild vents".
