Default surge or bucking in traffic while braking

Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 2001 5.9 diesel auto trans 4whl abs, Truck bucks when braking at slow speeds to a stop like in rush hour traffic also seems like after the brake pedal is released it continues to buck with light acceleration for a short distance. I don't know where to start looking trans? brakes? antilock or abs? hytroboost? please help

Try the throttle positioning sensor. Mine started the same thing, changed that sensor and fixed it

throttle position sensor? it doesn't seem to have any change in the engine rpm or the way it runs at all that I can tell? it also does it when going from reverse to drive even with out giving it any throttle that's where I noticed it first some time back.

Check the wiring for the crank and cam sensors. See if anything looks.... untoward.
