1999 Ram 2500 4x4, 5.9 cummins. Transmission "shudders" when it shifts into OD. Ease up on the throttle and it smooths out. Disengage the OD and tranny will only "shudder" going into high gear when towing. It has been drained, not flushed, and fluid replaced. Mech said the transmission was "in good shape'. Any ideas what's causing this?

Most any parts store should be able to plug into it, and see if there are any. Its a free service at most of them around here.
