I bought new halos for my truck and they look amazing, but they need adjusted. There are two adjustment screws but both are on the brights section. Do both screws adjust the bright only, or does one do the brights and one do the dims??

I can't get a picture of them because they are already installed, but both screws are on the top section of the brights section of the light
