I been talking to a guy on facebook and he said my torque converter isn't locking but it is going into od. If its not locking up how do I fix that? the torque converter I have in it probably doesn't even have 1000 miles on it.
TCC is controlled by a solenoid on the valve body. All it does is open a fluid circuit, that applies pressure for the TCC. Solenoid is controlled by the PCM, it simply grounds a circuit to engage the solenoid.
Just out of idle curiosity, your new torque converter did HAVE a tcc, right?
