Im still holding out for the long tube headers that are in the works. Hope they get them tested and all fixed up so I can buy a pair.

Anyone hear news on this.

shott8283...got mine here http://www.socaldakota.com/ kinda on the expensive side, i'm sure you can find one for about 40% less elsewhere. the thing with this chain is it's been heat treated already and is supposed to resist stretching. if you do swap your chain, make sure you do the front crank seal at the same time.

89 thou? uh, that's nothing... i'm pushing 170k and mine is as strong as ever...

headers are a must. I have had them on the jeep for over a year and no leaks in them. The tripple nickle chrome is holding up good on them too. If headers are a waste of money then taking off 7 tenths of a second and gaining 3-4 mph on my 1/4 mile runs means nothing right? All this was is just adding tri-y headers and a 3" exhaust system to what I had already done to the jeep.

thanks steve00... i already got a total engine rebuild gasket kit for the ram.. got that long time ago.. felpro i think..if you know of any better ones lemme know... thanks!
