However what im most concerned about is my truck shifts but hesitates or i have slam on gas make it shift and once i get up to 55-60mph it starts lose power with my foot on ground and then ill let up little and push down and itll jump up into next shift with alot energy?

95 is pretty much a purely hydraulically controlled trans. (aside from O/D, and TCC) If it isn't shifting properly, doing a trans service (fluid/filter/band adjust) is about as good as it gets. If that doesn't solve anything, time for a rebuild.
