DO I really need Mopar lube in Tranny??

I just don't see what the deal is with the mopar lube. I mean its going to cost more for it probably a hell of a lot more for that lube than the regular mobil 1. A few buddies of mine own a shop and since they have had their license all they have had is a dodge. They said it doesn't matter if it is that mopar stuff or synthetic mobil 1. I trust what they say on this one, that mopar stuff is just a thing to buy their products.

Yeah and a NVG 3500 is a NVG 3500 whether it's in a Dodge or Chevy. You can bet your last dollar the Mopar lube is twice as expensive as the identical GM stuff. Personally I'd use the Mobil 1.

Automatics are another thing, +3 or +4 ONLY, regardless of the price the stealer gouges you for the +4.

Pennzoil Synchromesh can be had at most parts stores and is a certified replacement.

I put royal purple synchro max in mine. Had to replace the transmission when I bought the truck... Runs well so far, only 1000 miles on it though. I think I had to go to autozone...
