Default High idle

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 sport 5.2. It idles around 1800 to 2000 rpm then 1400 apprx in gear. After driving like that for about 20 minutes the od light come on and trans temp. The temp stays normal. I put on a new tps, iac and cleaned throttle body and new map sensor still no vhanges. I sprayed everywhere multiple times for vaccum leak but nothing. Any ideas?

Check and see if the PCV valve is stuck open. Also, might want to pinch off the vacuum line to the brake booster, and see if idle drops to where it is supposed to be.

Disable the PCV system, and seal up the hoses/vacuum port. Take off the oil fill cap, and start the engine. You should feel a bit of a breeze coming OUT the hole.
