Mil code 45 help?

Default Mil code 45 help?

Like the title says I have no rpm drop in gears 3-4 and have mil code 45 which is open or short in overdrive solenoid circuit. Where does one start to look for the cause of this issue I've looked a bunch online and cant find ****.

Wow, the 94-95 wiring diagrams are pretty useless...... So, gonna have to wing it.

There should be a fuse in the PDC for the trans, that feeds power to the transmission control relay. That supplies power down to the trans. Three pin connector, plugs straight down into the top of the valve body, drivers side of the trans, about halfway back. Fun to get to.... With engine running, there should be 12 volts on one of those three wires. (with it unplugged) Is there?

I changed the trans relay with the horn relay because I think they're the same and it did the same thing but ill check that next time I can. Its hard to work on because I have it parked at my dads and I live in another town an hour away lol.
