Moved to correct section.

What's REALLY strange is, P1407 is "EGR out of test range." Doesn't seem so bad, does it? Trouble is, your truck shouldn't even HAVE an EGR valve.... so, of course it's going to be out of test range....... It ain't there. Unless you have the heavy duty version?

Anything been done to the truck recently, that may have prompted that code? Has the PCM been flashed with a different tune maybe?

Doesn't change anything. Your truck should not even have an EGR valve. What is the 8th digit of the VIN?

Ok, that's the standard duty 360. No EGR. So, either the programming in the PCM is wrong, or it's the wrong PCM.... Do you know if it has been changed??
