truck want start
2001 dodge ram 1500 2 wheel drive 3.9 liter engine. It turns over, has fire to all plugs but want start. I get a p0601 code. check battery and I only have 9.6 volts coming out of the battery, is this the cause?

Moving to correct section.
The 601 code says there is a problem with the PCM. The low voltage may be due to you trying to start it for a while, or, may indicate some other problem. I suspect you are going to need to replace the PCM for starters...... put a charge on the battery, and take it from there.
