Default help desperately needed

i have a 99 1500 ram 4x4 360 auto trans. im at a loss would prefer someone call me as its quite lengthy to type out.PM for phone number. please someone help. ive replaced the ecm. had alt. tested its ok but not getting charge to batt. all fuses good

Voltage regulator is in the PCM...... If the alternator tests good..... guess where the problem is.

Was the alternator fuse in the power distribution box(behind the battery) checked?
