Default Odd Shifting?

Title says it. first hold longer than all the other gears, sometimes up to 2.9/3k rpm, under regular driving, where as the others shift around 2200, it also feels like ALOT of pressure is released after each shift, like it jolts suddenly I guess after shifting. This is also noticeable during downshift while breaking, you'll suddenly get a faster stop (though im sure this is due to how rpm/transmissions work and your slowing down).

I definitely noticed earlier today, when I was romping it to pass this jackfoot driver in front of me, it felt like it took abnormally long to shift at high rpm (not quite redline, but up there), like it felt like it may have even hit redline for a second and maxed out until it finally shifted.

Any ideas? Time for a tune up? Im sure the transmission doesnt enjoy a tuned/modified 360 that is often driven like a race car ;P
