Default Ordered The Hyperpack Today!

http://www.hypertech-inc.com/feature...truck_builder/

Since I heard about this a few months ago I have been stashing some money in my old sock each week.

Took the plunge and ordered it today. I really think this is such an awesome idea. Since it has a dyno option (providing it works) I can now see what added horse power Im getting from a mod. Might have to take off the k&n cold air intake and do a test with the old stock intake on there. Hmmm looks like another video will have to be made.

Am looking forward to hearing about it.. I am debating buying a new scan tool, but they are about $600 that I am looking at, if this thing works that well, it might be justifiable instead....

damn, we're gonna have to start calling you Director Ron...[sm=joke.gif]

i'm curious though as to how they do the dyno calculations... do they need the weight of the truck? gearing? when you get it can you fill us in on that...?

Ill scan the instruction book and any info I get on it and email it to you. Maybe I'll post it up on my site if there is any intrest.

The code reader alone had some value to me not to mention the added power. All the other goodies are just added fun!

Only thing that sucks is im leaving for a trip next week. I guess that gives it plenty of time to reach me.

ok where did you order it and how much did it cost?

that seems better than just ordering the standard hypertech chips.

that and i really would like to see it's dyno on a truck, especially mine..

I'll let you goto the site and see the price. Only way I could justify it was to call it a one time splurge for x-mas for myself. If I think of how much money I spend (on relatives I dont really like) for christmas every year this is a bargin.

-- and yes it tunes the engine plus all the extras
