If you have a 4wd reg cab long bed or quad short bed you have 7 joints. Two for the front axle shafts, 3 for the front drive shaft, and 2 in the drive shaft. Quad long bed had split driveshafts I believe with carrier bearings but I'm not sure on that.

Nice and thanks! Happy to help. There are different sizes from axle to drive shaft. I have them written down in my Chilton's but can't find it at the moment. I do know the fronts are 5-760x. The rear shaft uses two different ones and the front shaft uses three of one size.

Look here for the sizes! I always have to go a driveline shop to get mine as auto stores don't carry them (Spicer). Avoid anything but Spicer!

Get your u-joints locally. The ones that I got from the parts store, that they listed from my front shaft, weren't correct the first time........

Also, rebuilding that double-cardan joint on the front shaft is a MAJOR pain. I threw money at someone else to do it.

Call your local truck parts store, Most auto parts stores don't carry them. They may not have what you need but can get them.
