1997 Ram 1500 5.9 ticking

Alright say I'm just cruising along not using much throttle, but as I reach more then half throttle a ticking sound comes up. It sounds like a loose peace of metal, like a loose heat gurad. But I've checked them all over. Nothing seems to be vibrating. Do anyone have any clue with it may be?
