I tried seeing if I could get a code off it yesterday and it’s not even putting out a code now. I heard something about an anti theft program or something that may have blown fuses to keep the truck from running. Anyone heard something like that?

So far as I know, the anti-theft systems would disable the starting circuit, or ignition/fuel, but, it wouldn't purposely damage anything. (like blowing fuses..)

Ok, how could I tell if that is what’s going on?

Should be a 'security' light flashing on the cluster somewhere, if that is indeed the problem. If you just turn the ignition on, (not start) all the lights in the cluster should test briefly. see if you even HAVE the security light.

Sooooooooo Something came to mind a little while ago. Since it's been determined that it's getting spark, and the injectors are getting fuel. It will sometimes start and then bog. When's the last time the IAC and the passage it sits in were cleaned? I did a quick search of the thread and didn't see "IAC" or "Idle Air" so I assume that it wasn't suggested. If this valve is stuck shut then the truck can't start without the throttle being open. Also, EFI vehicles starve the engine of fuel if you try to start it with the throttle wide open. (I'm not accusing you of doing this, it's just a side thought I had to get out of my head.) >.>

At this point it's got to be something dumb.

So I’ve cleaned the iac and the port it goes into and still no change. I’m definitely not getting fuel. Can I use a test light in place of a noid light?

I tried using a test light instead of a noid light and can see that I’m getting voltage but it’s not pulsing when trying to crank over. It’s supposed to pulse not just stay on correct?

Ok so I put the old pcm back in just because and what do you know, she fired right up! But she’s running a little rough, and tries to die at stop signs. Pulled plugs and cleaned them and checked gap, still running rough. Any suggestions to get her running prime?
