Yea I used the Napa brand ATF +4, also it seams that the fluid level only drops when in gear (R-D-2-1)

Right. You have to check fluid level in neutral. Park gives an artificially high reading.

So I got a wild hair up my butt yesterday and pulled the transmission out, took it apart and discovered that I put the piston for the rear clutch pack in backwards. Put the transmission back in this morning and the trans is working perfect! Thanks guys for the help.
