5.9 Magnum Rattle Sound - Can't Figure this Out - Is this Pinging?

Ramman...DAYUM!!!
what an impressive write up, you get the two thumbs WAAAY up, write up from this 'ol Dodge owner. I had filed n forgotten this "crank timing" problem. When I bought me Dodge back in '96, it had an almost inaudible knock, it sounded like a worn conn rod bearing, in the engine after about 6 months. I took it in for warranty work n they said...don't worry about it. My buddy who knew older engines (Chevy man, so I ignored him, I thought...Dodge would never do that?!?) and their problems told me that exact thing about the celibacy of the crank. Today, ever once in a blue moon, I still hear the knock. But, go figgur, no pinging in my old iron beast since the intro of food in the fuel!

Calm down, it's not my write up. It's from a website that we used for years and years. I've fought pinging since 2001 on my truck so it's basically memorized.
Check it out as there's all kinds of good info:

Thanks for all the feedback guys, I am going to attempt a few of the things that have been mentioned including the changing to copper plugs since they dissipate heat better then iridium plugs. Just got some mopar chamber cleaner and was thinking of doing a piston soak. I am going to post a new thread on that.
