Default Control arm bushings

I'm new to the forum, I have a 1999 Ram 1500 4x4 with the 5.9 Magnum. I have been slowly replacing everything in the front end. Anyways, I took on the task of replacing the control arm bushings, and bought the Energy Suspension poly bushings. Well, I accidentally bought the set for the 2WD model (5.3124R) instead of the ones for the 4WD model (5.3131G). The instructions for the 2WD set say to re-use the outer metal shells for the lower control arms, but not for the upper ones. So I cut the upper ones out. My question is, where can I find replacement outer metal shells? Or do I have to buy new control arms?

Thanks

I don't know that the outer shells are sold separately. Do they come on the stock replacement bushings?

Easiest bet might be to pickup a couple of replacement control arms at a pick and pay salvage lot.
