Default Dana 60 need help

Hi guys Im new on here but I always use this forum as a helper I just bought this Dana 60 for $150 and one side has this ring almost like a rim spacer is this needed and if so where can I get one as only one side had it.
Are the Dana 60 from 94-96 the same as far as booting up and hardware can I use anything from my Dana 44 like tie rods I have the 2500 Dana 44 already on my 96.
Whatre some tricks to get the wheel hub bolts freed up their pretty seized in there I figured lots of heat and an impact

That wheel spacer isn't needed. Not sure why someone added it. I don't have them on my '96 front Dana 60.

My front Dana 60 was pretty rusted and looked a bit like yours when I got it and ended up rebuilding it. Luckily, I have access to a large bead blasting cabinet, so I bead blasted and painted all of the parts, with the exception of the housing, which got a wire brush treatment, then painting. I don't think Dana 44 suspension parts interchange on the Dana 60. As for taking things apart, give it a good soaking with PB Blaster and let it sit a day or two, then come back with tools and heat to start taking things apart.

Now I did read on here somewhere in the depths I believe was that since it is a 2500 setup that most of it was identical but I'll do some looking and see I appreciate the response

There are two different flavors of 2500, at least, there was for a bit. There is the light duty version, that still used D44, and Corporate 9.25 axles, with eight lugs, and the heavy duty version that used a D60 in front, and a 60/70/80 in the rear, depending on engine/trans combo. Need to make sure which one you have.

Yeah, that's the light duty 3/4 ton. Measure the width of your rear springs. The D60 is going to want 3" springs.
