Wet test had no effect on compression. So sticky valves?

Two things...
1) Swap the ASD relay in your integrated power module with one of the other relays that are the same kind/pin config...and...
2) Pop your valve covers off n check the rocker arms whilst the engine cranks. Are the rockers moving like the others? If not, maybe bent push rods?!?

New day, new symptom. About half the time it will not turn over, almost as the neutral safety switch isn't sending signal. Retrying the key a couple times and it's back to normal.

Swapping asd relay gave me cell with codes 320 and 1389. They went away after swapping back

All the rockers appear to be moving equally

Bad valves, or holed pistons. With two dead cylinders, it is going to run like crap. You aren't getting power from those two, to keep the engine turning, and, they aren't burning the mixture in them either, so, the O2 sensor is going to see lots of O2, and the PCM will try and compensate for that by injecting more fuel.....

If you have an air compressor you can use, try doing a leakdown test, that'll tell ya if it's valves, or something else.
