Show me a bolt in lift kit that is a true 4 link (needing no Trac bar) and a bolt in twin turbo kit. There aren't any like there are for the newer Rams or Jeeps. Tuners yeah but they are limited and aren't touch screens where you can change them on the fly like the newer trucks have support for. No skid plate kits, rock sliders, etc. This is what I meant sure you can buy a supercharger kit for 8K for the Magnums but you can get one for a Hemi for around 5K. I'm not Durning these trucks I love them, just saying they are forgotten.

I consider a quart between changes quite acceptable, even for new engines, granted, they usually run between 6-7 thousand miles between changes(gone are the days of 3 months, 3000 mile oil changes) A quart every thousand is excessive. If you pull into a gas station and fill your oil and check your gas, you have a problem.

Or, like an old chevy I worked on, stop every 1000 miles and drain some oil....then add transmission fluid(yes, that's what the guy did-the vac valve on the trans went bad, and would suck trans fluid into the engine) He drove it that way for years.....weird dude. 20 bucks fixed it right up. To this day I'm amazed the motor never blew.
You are correct and I should have been more specific. I consider "burning no oil" at 1/2 quart or less. I notice no difference on my dipstick and I run Royal Purple 10W-30 7,000 miles. So yes while every engine burns oil, I personally wouldn't want one that burns more then 1/2 quart each change.

I've owned Schivies, Dodges, Toyotas, Nissan/Dotsin n Mazdas, Suzuki n Honda motorcycles n even a Triumph TR-6 (never ran when I owned it) for a total of 12 vehicles over the years. I drove the rings off o' them all. Ol' blue (96 Ram 1500/318 2WD) has the first engine I've ever driven, now, 225K+ miles with only minimal maintenance. 4-5K between oil changes, + 1 quart or so of additional oil...BUT...
I still own a 08 Mazda 3, since new, and she's got 210K+ miles on her now WITH EVEN LESS MAINTENANCE!!! 10K+ between oil changes, I always know it's time to change the oil cause it starts usin!!!
Gotta remember to thank those German innovators one day, cause I love this marvelous mysterious synthesized lubricating oil, not to mention, computerized fuel injection n spark control.

Okayyyy, you're just being unreasonable. There's never been a 4-link kit for our trucks because they are solid axle designs unless it was custom built. No one has ever wanted a twin turbo gasser until the Ford ecoboost made them popular. It was never conceived in the 90s or 00s for gas trucks. There are touch screen tuners for these old computers (Edge, Diablosport) which is quite an achievement. It's like putting a iphone screen on a rotary phone. And there are rock rails for these trucks here's just one second search: https://www.autoanything.com/body-armor/20A52719A1.aspx but even late model trucks need to go custom for serious sliders.

These trucks are ancient technology that were designed in the late 80s using an engine from the 60s. I would love my truck to have 400hp and get 22mpg like the Hemi but I have to be reasonable. My first cell phone was the venerable Nokia brick phone in 2000 but I don't complain because it can't get Twitter, lol. Sounds like you need to get a late model diesel or Hemi to match your dreams.

That's not unreasonable I don't think. Just because they are a solid axle design doesn't mean they can't be a 4 link kit like the old Straight axle Cherokees. Didn't know there were touch screens. Every where I looked it said it wouldn't work. My truck originally was a diesel I swapped a 360 and yes it's getting a Hemi I'm building the Hemi to bake it a reliable tow engine. I still don't think I'm being unreasonable. Compare what is available for our trucks to an 86 Cherokee.

The newest of these trucks is 18 years old...... How long do you expect the aftermarket to support them? Especially when they didn't have near the market share as the Fords, and Chevies of the day did.

Twin turbo kit ...http://www.sd-concepts.com/pages/cfTurboDakotaRT.cfm
You are not going to find a "bolt in kit" for a 4 link because the links/brackets need to be welded in.
You can get a few different configurations of a double triangulated 4 link(no trac bar needed). The kits are considered universal but if you are going to 4 link it's going to be a custom install anyway.
