1999 3500 Diesel shuts off

1999 3500 Diesel shuts off
I have a 3500 diesel that shuts off. Wait five minutes and it will restart. I am a disabled vet and need help.
Has a new fuel pump and filter changed. New ignition switch. Runs fine when it starts and may run five minutes or an hour. Then it will stumble and dies. Wait five minutes and it starts fine.I think some thing is telling it to shut off. But unsure of what.
