Default Rebuilt Transmission not upshifting

I just had my 46re transmission rebuilt on my 2001 ram after the low reverse drum snapped in half and low reverse roller clutch disintegrated, and now It is not shifting into 3rd or 4th gear. It will shift into 1st, 2nd, and reverse. I am also getting codes P0753, P1763, P0138 and P0037. The sensors were replaced maybe a month before the rebuild. Could someone please help me out?

P0753 Trans 3-4 Shift Solenoid/Trans Relay Circuits
P1763 Governor Pressure Sensor Volts Too High
P0138 O2 Sensor 1/2 Circuit Voltage High
P0037 O2 Sensor 1/2 Heater Circuit Low

Where the codes cleared when the trans was rebuilt?
roller clutch disintegrated
The sensors were replaced maybe a month before the rebuild.
Possible that debris got into the new sensors. Did you replace just the sensor and not the solenoid? You should have put in all new sensors and solenoids.

You should take it back to whomever rebuilt it, and have them fix it.
