Whats up guys i have a 1997 ram 1500 5.9 4x4 i recently bought thise truck stuck in 4wd i replaced actuator, vacuum lines, and transfer case vacuum switch and my 4x4 works great but when im in 2h apon take off up until about 30 mph i will get a grind from the transfers case until i let off the gas and it will go away .Could this possibly be a snap ring broken causing this issue?

 

Could be, drop the rear driveshaft, pull the tailhousing off the t-case, see what it looks like. Also, check fluid in the t-case.....
