I have a 1997 Dodge2500 with the Cummins and have a HVAC issue that I hear is common. The truck only has approx. 68K miles. A few weeks ago the HVAC was working fine, then the following week it would blow through defrost vents until the engine was under some load and then return to the defrost vents when clutch was depressed or at idle. Finally last week, it only blows through the defrost, no change at all. Is this a vacuum pump issue?
