Default Bad Rear Differential

Had a noise coming from the truck sounded like it was coming from the rear. I had to change both differential fluids so I figured I'd start there. Did the rear one first and was insurrections everything and I found this

So now I have a few options.
Option 1: Drive it like this and wait for it to explode
Option 2: Replace just the ring gear
Option 3: Regear to 4.10 or 4.56 (Take it to a shop, do it myself (have done one before but it wasn't a Chrysler rear end, or get a junkyard axle which also goes into option 4)
Option 4: A sorta local junkyard for my factory axles, Dana 60/70 for $300.
What do you guys think she isn't too bad so I should get another 100,000 miles out of her I'm just curious as to when made it do that.

If there's no other damage so just replace the gears. If you change the ratio you will have to do the front axle also or not use the 4WD.

Ring and pinion are a matched set. If you change just the ring gear, it is going to howl. Maybe you need to come see me, and get your 'new' axles.

None that I see, damage that is. And I knew I had to do the front.

That sucks, I hope you find it, and it's nothing serious.

Its definitely coming from the front. Sounds almost like a rubber bushing that is dry. I forgot to lube the right caliper so it might be that

Anytime you hit the gas from a standstill and only when the vehicle has been driven. I eliminated the diff by 1 doing it for about 65feet (diff would be part the broken tooth) and to by having my Mrs do it and me outside.
