Default Headlight wiring issue

I got a the 99 3500 with aftermarket halos on it, thr center light on the passenger side didnt work so i went back to stock housings and my driver side works fine (on the blue harness it has a number 12) my passenger side doesnt work no light what so ever (that side has a number 10 on the blue harness) it seems to be wired for 9007. Is the number on the harness my problem? If so how do i go about switching it? The "blue harness" im referring to is the blue connector that connects to the light
